Caitlin McCleary Horn is an Annapolis native, proud active duty military spouse, mom of three busy, active children and relationship-driven super-connector. As a native Marylander now settled back in the area with a family of her own, Caitlin has a unique understanding of the history and features of many local neighborhoods in the Chesapeake Bay region, to include those in Annapolis, her hometown of Severna Park, Arnold, and surrounding areas.
Outside of her current work with Engel & Völkers, she serves on the Board of Directors of Rebuilding Together Anne Arundel County, a local 501(c)3 that provides critical home repairs to county residents in need, namely, veterans, single mothers and those living below the poverty line. Last but not least, Caitlin serves as President of the Alumni Association at Severn School, which she is an alumni of.
